2 unit Line Handling Tug For Libyan Company

Two orders for TB1300 series design tugs from Libyan operator. Tugboats will assist the operations of offhsore terminal. Vessel is designed for Pilot transfer, Line and hose handling .

With an overall length of 13 m, a beam of 4.68 m and draft of 1.8 m, the twin screw 2 units of Libyan tugboats will have a pair of MAN D2866 main engines coupled to 1150 mm diameter fixed pitch propellers via Twindisc 5114 gearboxes. The propellers will rotate within nozzles to achieve bollard pull of 13 tonnes. Manoeuvrability will be with two streamlined rudders per nozzles controlled by DATA DDS 850 steering system.
